    Dag Rasmussen

    Dag Rasmussen is a Norwegian national living in France. As an ESSEC graduate, Dag began his career at the Société Internationale de Télécommunications Aéronautiques (SITA), where he spent five years. He joined Lagardère Travel Retail as International Management Controller in 1988. In 1991, he was appointed Management and Organization Director of Press Shop in Brussels before joining AMP, the Belgian press distribution subsidiary, which was then part of the Lagardère Group. Dag became Chairman and CEO of AMP in 1996. In 1999, he was promoted to Deputy Managing Director of Lagardère Travel Retail for Central and Eastern Europe, to which were then added Western and Southern Europe, and North America. Dag has been Chairman and CEO of Lagardère Travel Retail since 2011 and, with his teams, has made Travel Retail a central activity for the Lagardère Group.

    Frédéric Chevalier

    A graduate of l’Ecole Nationale des Ponts & Chaussées and Paristech, Frédéric joined Lagardère Travel Retail in 2008 as EVP in charge of Strategy, Innovation and Sustainable Development. Prior to that he had worked in private equity and management consulting. In 2014, Frédéric was promoted to Chief Business Officer and became Chief Operating Officer for Europe, the Middle East and Africa in 2017.
    In 2024, he was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer.

    Catherine Guyomard

    A graduate from Université Paris Dauphine, Catherine started her career at Crown Holding as Human Resources Manager. She then spent four years as Training Manager at Heineken France before joining Sephora where she has held several roles, including International HR Director for EMEA. From 2010, Catherine continued her career at LVMH and successively held senior HR roles in Asia-Pacific and in Paris. Since 2018 her career has led her to combine her interests for HR and CSR by taking the leadership of HR at Bio C’Bon and Green Yellow, a renewable energy firm. She joined Lagardère Travel Retail in 2022 to lead Human Resources and Internal communication globally.

  • Charlotte Delmas

    Chief Operational Performance Officer & Regional COO Europe

    A graduate of ESCP Europe, Charlotte joined the group in 2013 where she has held various positions, starting as an International Brand Manager in Foodservice to the role of Business Development Manager, where she coordinated the acquisition and integration of International Duty Free. More recently, Charlotte has been instrumental in leading the company's Transformation Program.
    In 2024, Charlotte assumed new responsibilities and was appointed Chief Operational Performance Officer, as well as Regional Chief Operating Officer for four European countries, including Spain, Iceland, Slovenia & Croatia.

    Jean-Baptiste Morin

    Management

    Jean-Baptiste, a graduate of HEC Paris, joined the group in Canada in 1989 as Financial Analyst, and was VP of Operations at Lagardère Services from 1997 to 2000. After four years as CEO at Lapker in Hungary, he became President & CEO of our North American travel retail operations. Jean-Baptiste then took charge of the global duty free division as CEO in 2007 and in 2011, he joined the executive committee and became CEO of our wholesale and distribution operations. In 2014 he took the responsibility as COO of Lagardère Travel Retail for the Americas to which he later added the role Chief Transformation & Organization Officer role. Since April 2023 and a change of position, he is a Senior advisor to the Group CEO and acting as COO for the Americas region.

    Group Chief Financial Officer & Regional COO, Pacific

    Management

    Having graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and the Sorbonne University, Luc started his career at LMPI in Montreal in 1991. After a move to Ernst & Young, he returned to Lagardère Travel Retail in 1994 as International Financial Controller. From 1996 to 1999 he was Director of the Financial Planning Department, then Financial Director of the North American division. In 1999 he became CFO of Lagardère Travel Retail. Luc moved to Sydney in 2006 to become Managing Director of Lagardère Travel Retail Pacific. In 2009, he returned to Europe to run the Swiss retail division, before rising to Group CFO of Lagardère Travel Retail in 2011. In 2020, he also became in charge of supervising the Pacific region. Luc loves traveling, skiing and spending time with his wife and three daughters.

    After graduating in aeronautical engineering, Lucio worked in Germany for BMW Rolls-Royce Aeroengines in Germany, then moved into consulting, working for Roland Berger (1996-1999) and McKinsey Italy (1999-2006). In 2006, Lucio joined Coop, as Hypermarket & Non-Food Director in Bologna before being promoted to CEO of Coop Sicily. He joined Lagardère Travel Retail in 2015, as CEO of Italy. In 2020, he became the Chief Business Officer of Lagardère Travel Retail, based in Paris.
    In 2024, he was appointed Regional Chief Operating Officer for Europe.

  • Lylian Vignau

    Chief Commercial & Digital Officer

    Management

    Lylian, an agronomist and oenologist graduated from ESSEC, began his career with Rémy Cointreau in 1992, working in France, Australia, and China. He joined the global retailer Casino Group in 1995, where he held various management positions in Latin America, Switzerland, and France as International Merchandise Director. In 2014, he joined beauty retailer Sephora Europe & Middle East as Head Merchant before becoming CEO of the Duty Free division of Lagardère Travel Retail in 2017.
    In 2024, he was appointed Chief Commercial & Digital Officer, marking his entry to Lagardère Travel Retail's Executive Committee.

    Séverine Lanthier

    Chief Strategy and Development Officer & Regional COO, Asia

    Management

    Séverine Lanthier, graduated from Paris Dauphine University, first joined the group in 2004 to launch operations in China where she has been CEO until 2008. She then managed several business development initiatives which led to the acquisition of Aeroporti di Roma’s duty-free activities in 2012, which she ran as CEO until 2015.
    In 2015, she joined the global luxury group Kering to take responsibility for Travel Retail.
    In 2020, she came back to Lagardère Travel Retail, as Chief Strategy and Development Officer & Regional COO, overseeing Business Development, Strategy, External Communication, and Asia.

    Vincent Romet

    CEO of Lagardère Travel Retail France & Regional COO, Middle East & Africa

    Management

    A graduate of HEC Paris, Vincent joined the group in 1997 as Director of the Airports, Hotels and Motorways network at Relay France. Between 2000 and 2005 he was Sales Director at Relay France, then EVP in charge of Central and Northern Europe until 2007. He then took General Manager roles at SSP and St Gobain before returning to Lagardère Travel Retail as Regional COO for EMEA in 2011. In December 2016, he was made CEO of Lagardère Travel Retail France and COO for the UAE and KSA.
    In 2024, he added the supervision of Africa and the entire Middle East region to his role.

    Mélanie Guilldou

    Executive VP Foodservice

    Management

    A graduate of EDHEC Business School, Melanie started her career at Agapes Group, then worked at Sodexo as B2B Marketing Manager for 6 years. She joined SSP in 2008 as Marketing & Business Development Director in charge of France and Benelux. After a short period at Carrefour Property, she joined Lagardère Travel Retail in 2016 as an EVP to manage the Foodservice business line globally. Melanie is a foodie and explores new foods and drinks with her family whenever she can.

    Gregg graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and was selected for the Executive Training Program at Macy’s before joining the family business in 1987 as manager of hotel properties. In 1991, he was promoted to Regional Vice President and, in 2000, he became COO. By 2004, he was made President and CEO, and has sustained the company’s track record of 58 consecutive years of profitability since its founding in 1960. Gregg leads Paradies Lagardère with unwavering attention to service across its store and restaurant operations.

    Management

    Ursula, a graduate from Vienna University and Bocconi University in Milan, began her career in the Tourism & Hospitality industry before joining Lagardère Travel Retail in 2015 in Austria, in the Foodservice business line. She was promoted to COO Foodservice & Travel Essentials in 2018, and to the role of CEO for the business in Austria in 2020.

    Sountou Bousso

    Management

    Sountou is a graduate from the Ecole Supérieure Polytechnique (Senegal) and an engineering degree from ESIAB (France). He also holds two master's degrees in marketing management and international business (Brest Business School) and international management (HEC Paris). Sountou began his international career at Newrest International Group, the global catering group, where he was successively Managing Director in Angola, New Caledonia and then Cameroon and Senegal. He joined Lagardère Travel Retail in 2020 to lead the group's development in West Africa.

    Fabien Havard

    A graduate from Dauphine University, Fabien began his career in logistics at Sony in 1998. He then worked as a Consultant at PwC in the fields of Supply Chain and Retail, and in the Lapeyre group where he was responsible for leading Supply Chain transformation projects. He joined the Célio group in 2013 where he was successively Project Director and Director of Studies. Fabien joined Lagardère Travel Retail in 2016 as Chief Information Officer, before being appointed to the position he currently holds in 2021.

    Nathalie Simon

    A graduate from ISEG Lille – Business International, Nathalie joined the Lagardère Travel Retail group in 2005 to manage the Relay stores in the train and metro stations in the Ile de France region, before taking over responsibility for the retail and catering activities of the French hospital network in 2010. In 2014, she was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Relay@ADP, the group's joint venture with ADP for the Travel Essentials business. In October 2021, she took over global responsibility for the group's Travel Essentials activities.
